iWish is a cloud-based application platform that pairs up local shoppers who want to buy specific products from non-local markets but don’t have the luxury to travel and local travelers to international destinations who want to monetize their unused luggage allowance or residents in target countries looking to forge an extra income source.
Signing up is made very simple. Download the iWish application on your mobile from the Android or iOS application store and signup with a custom account or by using your existing Facebook or Google account.
Browse through the trends and get inspired with what people are wishing for, join a existing pre-order or simply post your own unique wish on the platform through a simple process and tell us where it is from.
Wait for a swarm of Genies, the travelers who are either planning a visit or are on a current trip and residents who are visiting, staying or living in the target country to show an interest. Chat with the travelers and residents to discuss your Wish and through our unique price negotiation platform, engage, negotiate and finalize the deal with persons of interest for your wish, knowing that you have the best price.
Confirm your wish and proceed with payment to iWish via a Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Don't hamper your excitement just yet, as your deposit will be safe with us, you will surely get the item or iWish will give you your money back.
Track your Wish status via the application. Once purchased, meetup in person with your traveler once they land back or receive it by courier from a range of delivery options agreed upon with the resident.
The user may opt to delete their account from the iWish platform by clicking on the “Delete Account” from their profile page. If the user chooses to proceed, the account will be deleted immediately provided that a wish linked to their account is not under fulfillment. This action will irreversibly:
If the Shipper/Traveller has a Wish that they have committed to and not fulfilled, they will be required to complete the transaction by having delivered the Wish as per the Terms and Conditions of iWish and have it accepted by the Shopper.
If the Shopper has a Wish that they have paid for and not yet received, they will be required to wait for the completion of the transaction by having received the Wish from the Shipper/Traveller as per the Terms and Conditions of iWish, and mark it as accepted.
Once the account is deleted the user can't regain access to their account. We may, however, retain certain log data in our databases even after the user deletes their account, but such data will be disassociated from any identifying information such that it can no longer be linked to their account. To do this, on a regular basis, we wipe certain identifying information from this log data, and we replace any instance of their account ID with a replacement identifier which cannot be linked back to their account once it is deleted. We may also keep your information for things like legal issues, terms violations, or harm prevention efforts.
Subject to and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the user shall indemnify and hold harmless iWish, once the user opts to delete their account, for any actions, disputes, claims, damages, expenses, fees, harms, losses in respect to the provisioning of services by iWish or the provisioning of products by the Shipper/Traveller.
